从世界经济发达国家和地区的经验来看,商品市场发达后,住房将是新的消费热点。根据国家有关经济部门的信息:’97住房分配将实行货币比,公房租金提高两个百分点。因此,我国的经济改革在97年里房改将是重头戏。 房改,是开创性的事业,是为了改善广大市民群众的居住条件,是为了促进经济的增长。随着房改的步步深入,市民对住房商品化、社会化有了一定的认识,对房改带来的冲击波已有足够的心理和一定的经济承受能力。但是,就目前而言全国的房产市场却是:“房屋积压万千重,市民购房依然不动。”
