利用扫描电镜和图象分析仪研究了纯铁加稀土元素 (L a、Ce、Y)或 Al脱氧后铁液中氧化物夹杂的形貌、颗粒大小及尺寸分布 ,并考察了脱氧元素种类、孕育时间和冷却速度对夹杂物尺寸的影响。研究结果表明 :铁液脱氧产物为稀土氧化物 (或 Al2 O3)与氧化铁形成的复合型夹杂物。此类夹杂物呈细小弥散分布。适宜的孕育时间和较快的冷却速度可使夹杂物细化。在 4种脱氧元素中 ,L a细化夹杂物的效果最好
The morphology, particle size and size distribution of the inclusions in the molten iron were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and image analyzer. The effects of deoxidizing species, Incubation time and cooling rate on the inclusion size. The results show that the deoxidation product of molten iron is a composite inclusion formed by rare earth oxide (or Al 2 O 3) and iron oxide. Such inclusions were small and diffuse distribution. The suitable gestation time and faster cooling rate can refine the inclusions. In the four kinds of deoxidizing elements, L a has the best effect on refining inclusions
