随着企业用工制度的改革,劳动合同制度已成为企业的主要用工制度。如何建立和完善这种制度,充分发挥劳动合同功能,使其健康运行,已成了新时期加强企业管理的重要课题,值得认真研究。本文就这个问题谈点浅见。
