为确定甘草的最适宜采收期 ,研究了不同生长期栽培甘草的产量及有效成分甘草酸、总黄酮、多糖的含量并进行分析比较。采用HPLC法测定甘草酸的含量 ,紫外分光光度法测定黄酮的含量 ,苯酚 硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果显示 :1、2、3年生甘草产量分别是 30 0 0~ 375 0kg/公顷、6 4 5 0~ 84 0 0kg/公顷、12× 10 3 ~ 15× 10 3kg/公顷 ;甘草酸的含量分别为 1 4 76 1%、1 7310 %、5 4 4 0 8% ;总黄酮的含量分别为 1 31%、1 32 %、2 17% ;多糖的含量分别为 11 87%、11 0 7%、7 88%。结论 :栽培乌拉尔甘草随生长期增长 ,其产量增加 ;甘草酸及甘草总黄酮在甘草中的动态积累 ,生长期 3年可达较高值 ;而甘草多糖则随生长期的增长含量逐渐降低。
In order to determine the most suitable harvest period of licorice, the yields of cultivated licorice in different growth periods and the contents of effective ingredients glycyrrhizic acid, total flavonoids and polysaccharides were studied and compared. The content of glycyrrhizic acid was determined by HPLC, the content of flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometry, and the content of polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry. Conclusion: The growth of Glycyrrhiza uralensis increased with the growth period, and its yield increased. The dynamic accumulation of Glycyrrhizic acid and licorice flavonoids in Glycyrrhiza uralensis, the growth period reached a higher value in 3 years, while Glycyrrhiza polysaccharides gradually decreased with the growth period of growth.
