用分光光度法对丹参制剂中以丹参素及原儿茶醛为代表的酚酸性有效成分进行了定量方法的研究,结果较为满意。采用丹参素及原儿茶醛的混合物绘制标准曲线可较准确地反映丹参制剂中的水溶性酚酸成分的含量。本方法操作简便、快速。方法回收率为99.94%。本文还对提高丹参制剂中水溶性酚酸成分鉴别反应的灵敏度进行了初步探索,建立了丹参提取液,葡萄糖丹参注射液的含量测定方法,本法适用于医院制剂室等对丹参制剂进行质量控制。
Spectrophotometry was used to study the quantitative method of phenolic acid active ingredients represented by Danshensu and protocatechuic aldehydes in Salvia miltiorrhiza preparations. The results were satisfactory. The use of a mixture of Danshensu and protocatechuic aldehydes to draw a standard curve can accurately reflect the content of water-soluble phenolic acids in Danshen preparations. This method is simple and quick to operate. The recovery rate of the method was 99.94%. This article also made a preliminary exploration to improve the sensitivity of the identification of water-soluble phenolic acids in Danshen preparations. It established a method for the determination of Danshen extract and glucose Danshen injection. This method is suitable for quality control of Danshen preparations in hospital preparation rooms. .
