目的 为解决医院重点部门有人状态下的空气持续消毒问题。方法 在手术室选择两间规模相等的手术间 ,一间为试验间 ,一间为对照间 ;ICU分别设实验日和对照日。采用 L MC- 1型离心式空气微生物采样器 ,按《消毒技术规范》和国家医院消毒标准实施。时间设置为开机前、开机后 3 0 m in、1h、1.5 h、2 h、3 h、4 h。结果 开机 1~1.5 h后 ,即使有人员流动 ,也能使室内空气细菌数维持在较低水平 ,随时间延长 ,可达国家卫生学标准。结论 MKJ型空气洁净器消毒原理先进 ,效果可靠 ,使用方便 ,无不良反应。
