超硬磨粒钎焊工艺是利用活性钎料与超硬磨粒界面处形成的化学冶金结合实现磨粒的高强度把持,在磨具制备中得到应用和发展。其中,钎料对超硬磨粒的钎焊性能和使用寿命具有重要的影响,国内外相关学者对此开展大量的研究工作。主要介绍3种常见超硬磨粒钎焊用钎料的钎焊性能、工艺参数及钎料元素改进等方面的研究现状,并对钎焊用钎料下一步的研究重点进行展望。
Superhard abrasive brazing process is the use of active brazing filler metal and ultra-hard abrasive interface formed by the chemical metallurgical combination of abrasive particles to achieve high strength control in the abrasive preparation has been applied and development. Among them, the brazing filler metal has an important influence on the brazing performance and service life of superabrasive grains, and relevant scholars at home and abroad have conducted a great deal of research work on this. This paper mainly introduces the research status of the brazing performance, process parameters and the improvement of the solder elements of the three kinds of brazing filler metals for brazing filler metal. The future research on brazing filler metal for brazing is also given.
