TPAOH碱溶液处理三维Ti-MWW能将三维结构转化为Ti-MWW和TS-1的复合分子筛。这些复合分子筛的合成条件为TPAOH/SiO2的摩尔比为0.03到0.04,在443K条件下晶化16小时~24小时。我们采用XRD,UV和SEM对复合分子筛的结构和形貌进行了详细的表征。在结构转换过程中,并没有改变复合分子筛中钛的配位状态。TPAOH处理后的样品形貌为长方形,晶体尺寸约为3μm~5μm,而且很明显这些大的晶粒上面还有大量小的薄片。在以双氧水为氧化剂烯烃的环氧化反应中,Ti-MWW/TS-1复合分子筛烯烃表现出比TS-1和Ti-MWW更优越的催化性能。
TPAOH alkaline solution processing Three-dimensional Ti-MWW can transform three-dimensional structure into composite zeolite Ti-MWW and TS-1. These composite zeolites were synthesized under the conditions of TPAOH / SiO2 molar ratio of 0.03 to 0.04 and crystallization at 443K for 16 hours to 24 hours. We have characterized the structure and morphology of the composite zeolites by XRD, UV and SEM. In the structure conversion process, did not change the complex molecular sieve titanium coordination state. The morphology of the TPAOH-treated samples was rectangular with a crystal size of about 3 μm to 5 μm, and it is clear that there are a large number of small sheets on top of these large grains. The Ti-MWW / TS-1 composite molecular sieve olefins showed superior catalytic performance over TS-1 and Ti-MWW in the epoxidation of olefins using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant.
