河南小伙儿王伟怎么也不会想到,自己还算惬意的小白领生活就在2011年的某一天戛然而止了。更为可怕的是,在没有任何心理准备的情况下,就站在了刑事案件被告人的位置上,被国家公诉机关以涉嫌“非法经营罪”提起公诉。“不就是每天签签合同、发发短信嘛?”王伟有些想不通,焦急又悔恨地在北京市西城区法院大法庭门口来回踱步,等待法庭对他的审判。2011年3月15日,王伟与其他3名被告人一起在北京市西城区法院的大法庭接受法律的制裁。这起被称为全国首例因群发短信涉嫌刑事犯罪的案件,吸引了不少媒体记者和社会公众前来旁听。而4个小伙儿的命运,也从这一刻开始和他们开了个大大的玩笑。
