目的:探讨优质护理服务在儿科护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2013年12月~2016年1月浙江省湖州市中心医院儿科病房的1480例患儿,分为观察组和对照组各740例。观察组采用优质护理,对照组采用常规护理服务模式。比较两组护理质量和护患纠纷发生率,并在出院时评价满意度。结果:观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组护理质量高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组护患纠纷发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:优质护理服务能显著提高在儿科护理质量和护理满意度,减少护患纠纷发生率。
Objective: To explore the effect of quality nursing service in pediatric nursing. Methods: From December 2013 to January 2016, 1480 pediatric wards in Huzhou Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province were divided into observation group and control group, with 740 cases each. The observation group used high-quality care, while the control group used the routine nursing service model. The quality of care and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes were compared between the two groups and evaluated for satisfaction at discharge. Results: The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). The nursing quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). The incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Quality nursing service can significantly improve the quality of pediatric nursing and nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes.
