一、建筑企业组织结构形式的现状分析建筑施工企业的组织管理体制结构,各地区绝大多数是沿袭了五、六十年代按照产品经济模式,传统计划体制建立的生产指挥型“直线职能制”形式。大中型企业基本上均为三级管理,小型企业为两级管理体制。组织结构形式基本都是带队伍的劳力密集型实体企业,把对施工的管理和劳务一齐承担起
