本文介绍用碱溶液从飞灰中提取氧化铝和硅胶实验研究的原理、过程和结果。本研究的独特之处是飞灰先经前处理,再用碱溶液溶出,提高了铝、硅的回收率。实验结果表明,Al2O3的回收率达89.4%,纯度96.8%;得到了透明硅胶,折合成SiO2的回收率为75.1%。
This article describes the principles, processes and results of experimental studies on the extraction of alumina and silica from fly ash using an alkaline solution. The uniqueness of this study is that the fly ash is pre-treated before it is dissolved in alkaline solution to increase the recovery rate of aluminum and silicon. The experimental results show that the recovery rate of Al2O3 is 89.4% and the purity is 96.8%. The transparent silica gel is obtained. The recovery of SiO2 is 75.1%.
