干细胞由内部多种复杂信号通路控制,受干细胞周围微环境影响,调控干细胞参与组织修复与再生。近年来,牙周膜干细胞(periodontal ligament stem cell,PDLSCs)作为口腔组织工程领域中的重要种子细胞,被广泛应用于牙周再生研究。而炎症微环境来源的PDLSCs成骨分化能力减弱,继而影响其应用于牙周复合体的完整再生。本文将就炎症微环境下PDLSCs成骨分化的调控机制作一综述。
Stem cells are controlled by a variety of complex signaling pathways, which are influenced by the microenvironment around stem cells and regulate stem cells involved in tissue repair and regeneration. In recent years, periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSCs), as important seed cells in the field of oral tissue engineering, are widely used in periodontal regeneration research. However, PDLSCs derived from inflammatory microenvironment attenuate osteogenic differentiation, which in turn affects their application to complete regeneration of periodontal complexes. This article reviews the regulatory mechanisms of PDLSCs osteogenic differentiation in inflammatory microenvironment.
