为了进一步综合研究运动性免疫抑制的机制,并探讨谷氨酰胺(Glutamine,Gln)和/或精氨酸(Arginine,Arg)对调节机体免疫功能的影响及其机制,以及在预防运动性免疫抑制中的交互作用。通过对大鼠进行大负荷的运动训练建立运动性免疫抑制的模型,并补充Gln和/或Arg,测定了训练机体淋巴细胞的增殖功能、细胞因子和淋巴细胞的凋亡率等指标。结果发现:1)经过8周的大负荷运动训练后,大鼠外周血液中淋巴细胞转化率、血清IL-2、Gln和Arg含量显著降低,而淋巴细胞凋亡率和血清sIL-2R含量却显著升高。2)在大负荷运动训练后补充Gln或Arg,能够显著防止大负荷运动训练后血清中Gln和Arg含量的降低,使大鼠外周血中淋巴细胞的转化率和血清IL-2含量显著升高,并使淋巴细胞凋亡率和血清sIL-2R含量显著降低。3)联合使用Gln和Arg,虽然能提高大负荷运动训练后大鼠外周血淋巴细胞对PHA的增殖效应和血清IL-2含量,但是并没有明显的交互作用。但是对淋巴细胞的凋亡率和血清sIL-2R含量具有显著的交互作用,使外周血中淋巴细胞凋亡率和血清sIL-2R含量进一步降低。
