尽管市场上对于人才的需求量在不断增多,但对于人才能力的要求也变得更加严格,外语能力和信息技术能力成为了企业衡量人才的主要目标。高职高专院校在培养职业技术人才时重视这两方面的能力,对于学生参与就业都是很有帮助的。因此,在高职高专的教育中若能重视于教育主体能力的锻炼,在进行专门的语言教学时优化外语课程,结合实际制定双语教学的模式是很先进的方式。针对这一点,本文重点分析了高职高专双语教学改革与实践的相关问题。
Although the demand for talent in the market is on the increase, the requirements for talent ability have become more stringent. Foreign language skills and information technology capabilities have become the main targets for enterprises to measure their talents. Vocational colleges and vocational colleges in training vocational and technical personnel attention to these two aspects of ability, for students to participate in employment are very helpful. Therefore, it is a very advanced way to emphasize the training of the main body of education in higher vocational education, to optimize foreign language courses in the special language teaching, and to formulate the bilingual teaching mode according to the actual situation.
