目的:探讨精液体外处理方法及技巧。方法:2010年取卵周期数为1402例实施部分上游法及部分密度梯度离心法;2011年取卵周期数为1667例实施大部分梯度密度离心法+上游法及少部分上游法;2012年取卵周期数为1321例实施全部梯度密度离心+上游法。观察并记录各年份患者受精情况,进行统计学分析,得出结论。结果:本院自2010年-2012年,临床妊娠成功率呈现出逐年上升趋势,结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用密度梯度离心+上游序贯法可使精子的运动参数及形态学均得到明显改善,增加患者妊娠率及保障精子核DNA链完整性,是较好的体外处理精液方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the methods and techniques of sperm in vitro treatment. Methods: In 2010, the number of oocyte retrieval cycles was 1402 cases and some of the density gradient centrifugation method. In 2011, the number of oocyte retrieval cycles was 1667 cases, most of which were performed by gradient density centrifugation method and a few of upstream methods. In 2012, The number of egg cycles was 1321 for all gradient density centrifugation + upstream methods. Observation and record of patient fertilization in each year, statistical analysis, draw conclusions. Results: The success rate of clinical pregnancy in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 showed an upward trend year by year, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of density gradient centrifugation + upstream sequential method can significantly improve the sperm motility parameters and morphology, increase the pregnancy rate and ensure the integrity of sperm DNA strand, which is a good method of in vitro treatment of semen, which is worthy of clinical promotion application.
