目的:通过观察当归、黄芪注射液对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)模型的毒性,探讨当归、黄芪注射液利用CAM模型研究血管生成的可行性。方法:制备CAM模型,观察应用当归、黄芪注射液及不同配比后CAM模型的存活情况。结果:当归、黄芪注射液及不同配比对CAM模型的存活无毒性,与生理盐水对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:可以利用CAM模型研究当归、黄芪注射液的促血管生成作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the toxicity of Angelica sinensis and Radix Astragali injection on chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) model and to investigate the feasibility of using CAM model to study angiogenesis in Angelica sinensis and Radix Astragali. Methods: CAM model was prepared to observe the survival of CAM model after application of Angelica sinensis, Huangqi injection and different ratios. Results: Angelica sinensis, Radix Astragali injection and different ratios were not toxic to the survival of CAM model, and there was no significant difference compared with saline control group (P>0.05). Conclusion: The angiogenesis effect of Angelica sinensis and Radix Astragali Injection can be studied by CAM model.
