初中英语教学大纲规定的目标之一是“发展学生的思维能力和学生自学能力,为进一步学习打好基础”。我国大教育家陶行知先生也说过:“我以为好的先生不是教书,不是教学生,而是教学生学”。因此,我觉得作为一名合格的中学英语教师,不是教给学生课本上几个单词、句子或段落,而是教给学生自学能力。本人通过多年教学实践,觉得要培养学生的自学能力,应从以下几个方面去努力。 Junior high school English syllabus provides one of the goals is to “develop the thinking ability of students and students self-learning ability, lay the foundation for further study.” Mr. Tao Xingzhi, a great educator in our country, also said: “I do not think I’m good at teaching, teaching, or teaching.” Therefore, I think that as a qualified secondary school English teacher, I am not teaching a few words, sentences or paragraphs in a student’s textbook, but teaching students self-learning ability. Through many years of teaching practice, I feel that I should cultivate students’ self-learning ability and should try hard from the following aspects.
