发展低碳经济已成为各国的共识,我国一直对此比较重视,曾出台一系列的战略规划,但低碳经济专门立法的缺乏使低碳经济的发展无法可依。本文简要介绍英美日低碳经济法律实践,总结出对我国低碳经济立法的一些启示,进而提出低碳经济法律的基本原则,以期对我国低碳经济立法有所助益。 The development of low-carbon economy has become the consensus of all countries. China has always attached great importance to this and has issued a series of strategic plans. However, the lack of specialized legislation on low-carbon economy has made the development of a low-carbon economy unaffordable. This article briefly introduces the legal practices of low carbon economy in the United States, Japan and concludes with some enlightenments to the legislation of low carbon economy in our country, and then puts forward the basic principles of low carbon economy law in the hope of contributing to the legislation of low carbon economy in our country.
