中药五倍子可明显抑制牙周可疑致病菌生长,但其活性成分及机制尚未明确.本实验应用五倍子非酚性成分缓释凝胶处理SD大鼠慢性牙周炎4周时间,牙周炎临床指数评价实验动物牙周炎情况,ELISA法检测大鼠龈沟液内基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达变化.结果发现五倍子处理组PD、GI、MBI、MMP-9水平均显著低于阴性对照组(P<0.05),与派丽奥处理组间无显著性差异(P>0.05),但PD降低明显多于派丽奥组(P<0.05).结果说明,五倍子大极性非酚性物质能够通过抑制慢性牙周炎SD大鼠龈沟液内MMP-9表达,有效降低细胞外基质和胶原降解,从而抑制牙周炎进展.
Chinese gallnut can significantly inhibit the growth of periodontal suspicious pathogenic bacteria, but its active ingredients and mechanism is not yet clear.In this experiment, gallnut non-phenolic composition of sustained-release gel treatment of SD rats with chronic periodontitis 4 weeks, periodontitis clinical Indexes were used to evaluate the periodontal status in experimental animals and the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in gingival crevicular fluid was detected by ELISA.Results The levels of PD, GI, MBI and MMP-9 in gallnut were significantly lower (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05), but the PD decreased significantly more than that of Pailio group (P <0.05) .The results showed that the large polar Non-phenolic substances can inhibit the progression of periodontitis by inhibiting the expression of MMP-9 in gingival crevicular fluid of SD rats with chronic periodontitis and effectively reducing the degradation of extracellular matrix and collagen.
