三叉神经瘤14例,12例做CT检查,2例做MRI检查,14例术后均经病理检查证实。12例CT扫描呈混杂密度6例,均匀高密度5例,等密度1例,注射造影剂后多呈不均匀强化,肿瘤周围均无脑水肿。2例MRI图像T1加权像呈低信号,T2加权像呈高信号。X线平片示11例有岩骨、颅底骨吸收破坏。临床常伴有听神经、面神经等受累。CT和MRI是诊断三叉神经瘤的有效检查方法。三叉神经瘤应与脑膜瘤、胶质瘤及听神经瘤等相鉴别。
Trigeminal neuroma in 14 cases, 12 cases of CT examination, 2 cases of MRI examination, 14 cases were confirmed by pathological examination. Twelve CT scans showed mixed density in 6 cases, uniform high density in 5 cases and equal density in 1 case. Most of them were non-uniformly intensified after injection of contrast medium and had no cerebral edema around the tumor. Two cases of MRI image T1 weighted image was low signal, T2 weighted image was high signal. X-ray showed 11 cases of petrous bone, skull base absorption damage. Often accompanied by clinical auditory nerve, facial nerve involvement. CT and MRI are effective methods for the diagnosis of trigeminal neuroma. Trigeminal neurinoma should be differentiated from meningioma, glioma and acoustic neuroma.
