实施绩效管理是人力资源管理工作中一项重要的手段和开发工具,是培育核心竞争力、获取竞争优势的一条重要途径,对企业实现制度性的可持续发展起着显著作用。但在企业人力资源绩效管理的具体实践中,却存在各种各样的问题,严重地妨碍和削弱了人力资源绩效管理作用的发挥。本文就我国企业从绩效管理现状入手,分析目前绩效管理过程中存在的问题,进而提出优化企业绩效管理的一些措施及方法。
Implementing performance management is an important tool and developing tool in human resources management. It is an important way to foster core competitiveness and gain competitive advantages, and plays a significant role in the realization of institutional sustainable development. However, in the concrete practice of enterprise human resource performance management, there are various problems that seriously hamper and weaken the performance of human resource performance management. This paper starts with the current situation of performance management in our country, analyzes the existing problems in the current performance management process, and then puts forward some measures and methods to optimize the performance management.
