当前,广告已经成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的重要组成部分。随着我国改革开放的不断推进,在广告语的设计上,经常使用英语广告语,这不仅吸引我国消费者,而且还提升我国产品在国际市场的影响力。本文简要分析了英语广告语言的象似性特征,探讨象似性在翻译英语广告语中的应用,一起为相关的翻译实践及研究提供一些启示。
At present, advertising has become an indispensable part of people’s daily life. With the continuous promotion of reform and opening up in our country, English slogans are often used in the design of slogans, which not only attract Chinese consumers, but also enhance the influence of our products in the international market. This article briefly analyzes the iconic features of English advertising language and explores the application of iconicity in the translation of English advertising slogans. It also provides some enlightenment for relevant translation practice and research.
