在对我国当前可选择的区域发电权交易模式进行介绍的基础上,构建了交易模式的综合评估指标体系,并运用粗糙集理论确定了其权重;进而运用多目标智能加权灰靶决策模型对12种区域发电权交易模式进行了综合评估,其结果表明:选择建立区域统一的发电交易平台、仅对受让机组进行交易准入的限制、采取集中发电权交易方式并辅以高低匹配价格形成机制的交易模式是最优的。算例结果表明了该区域发电权交易模式综合评估模型是有效可行的。
Based on the introduction of the currently available trading modes of regional power generation, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of transaction patterns and uses the rough set theory to determine its weight. Then, using the multi-target intelligent weighted gray target decision model, The results show that: choosing to establish a unified regional trading platform for power generation only limits access to the transferee units, taking the transaction mode of centralized power generation and supplemented by the matching price formation mechanism The trading model is optimal. The result of the example shows that the model of comprehensive evaluation of the transaction mode of power generation in this area is feasible and effective.
