通过对“科层制”的认识和分析,可以看出,科层制的本质在于把合理合法的规章制度、严格的运作机制内化于管理之中,并具体表现为效率与标准。只要利益与理性仍是今天企业所必须遵循的原则,严格的组织制度就将继续存在。这一点对于中国家族企业管理的发展尤为重要。但是随着中小家族企业的不断发展壮大,必然需要在科层制的基础上,完善治理结构,不断采用适合大企业发展的新的管理理论与方法。
Through the cognition and analysis of “bureaucracy ”, we can see that the essence of bureaucracy lies in the internalization of reasonable and legal rules and regulations and strict operation mechanism in management, and the concrete manifestation is efficiency and standard. As long as interest and rationality are still the principles that businesses must follow today, a strict organizational system will continue to exist. This is particularly important for the development of family business management in China. However, as small and medium-sized family-owned enterprises continue to grow and develop, they will inevitably need to improve their governance structure based on bureaucracy and continue to adopt new management theories and methods that are suitable for the development of large-scale enterprises.
