随着文昌13-1/2油田提液生产能力的不断提高,13-2油田原油及生产水下海底管线(以下简称海管)温度超过了连接FPSO“奋进号”海管部分的柔性软管临界温度80℃,对柔性软管的安全运行和双层海管内腐蚀的安全运行造成严重威胁;同时产液量也随着油田提液的增加,与此同时挑战海管运输极限。笔者根据现场实际性、实用性及经济性等情况,通过改造在井口平台中层新增两台管撬式换热器对下海管流体温度控制,降低了液体下海管温度,并且能有效减缓海管腐蚀;增加浮选器一台,将处理合格的污水在平台排放,从而降低海管的输送压力,改善了海管流体环境。同时,结合BP算法的原理以及它的计算公式构建了程序流程图,并利用MATLAB语言编写程序并仿真,仿真结果与实际数据拟合较好,证明改造方案的可行性高。研究表明:基于前期BP算法数据拟合与方案实施后压降及水力计算上述方法与提高了海管运行的安全性和持久性生产,延长海管使用寿命和生产时效。

Based on the actual situation, practicality and economy, the author through the transformation in the middle of the wellhead platform to add two tube-type heat exchanger on the sea tube fluid temperature control, reducing the liquid under the sea temperature, and can effectively reduce the sea Corrosion; increase a flotation device, the sewage will be treated on the platform to discharge emissions, thereby reducing the delivery pressure of the sea, improve the sea fluid environment. At the same time, combined with the principle of BP algorithm and its calculation formula, a program flow chart is constructed, and the program is written and simulated by using MATLAB language. The simulation results are well fitted with the actual data, which proves the feasibility of the reconstruction scheme is high. The research shows that the above methods are based on the data fitting of BP algorithm and the pressure drop and hydraulic calculation after the implementation of the program, and improve the safety and long-term production of sea-tube operation and prolong the service life and production aging of the sea-tube.
