Among them, 32 cases had multifocal lesions, 6 cases of latent carcinoma, 5 cases of malignant glandular adenomas, 1 case of adenocarcinoma and undifferentiated carcinoma staggered, 1 case of nodular goiter becoming undifferentiated carcinoma, and follicular adenocarcinoma with limitation 1 case of undifferentiated carcinoma. The rate of misdiagnosis in this group based on clinical manifestations and ~(131)I scans was as high as 44%.
