填料是除湿器中的核心部件,溶液和空气在其中进行耦合的传热传质,因此对填料型除湿器热质传递性能的研究有着重要的意义。本文研究了溶液与空气处于叉流情况下,进口空气质量流量和溶液质量流量对除湿量、除湿效率以及耦合传热传质系数的影响。最后通过实验比较了波纹填料和植物纤维填料的除湿性能。
Filler is the core component of the dehumidifier, the solution and the air in which heat and mass transfer are coupled, so it is of great significance to study the heat and mass transfer performance of the dehumidifier. In this paper, the effect of inlet air mass flow rate and solution mass flow rate on dehumidification capacity, dehumidification efficiency, and coupled heat and mass transfer coefficient was investigated. At last, the dehumidification performance of corrugated filler and plant fiber filler was compared by experiments.
