用磁控溅射方法在PCrNi3MoVA钢表面制备NiCrAlY涂层,涂层在空气中850℃恒温氧化100 h,借助XRD、SEM和EDAX对涂层表面氧化膜进行分析,检测其恒温抗氧化能力。结果表明,涂层大大提高了基体的抗氧化性,涂层表面主要生成了与基体粘附性好的Al2O3氧化膜,在柱状晶间隙较大处生成了NiCr2O4氧化膜与Fe2O3氧化膜;同时涂层的Ni元素与基体的Fe元素发生了明显的互扩散,而Cr元素在界面富集,Al元素主要集中在表面和界面,与氧发生反应生成Al2O3。
The NiCrAlY coating was prepared on the surface of PCrNi3MoVA steel by magnetron sputtering method. The coating was heated in the air at 850 ℃ for 100 h. The oxide film on the coating surface was analyzed by XRD, SEM and EDAX. The results show that the coating greatly enhances the oxidation resistance of the matrix, the surface of the coating mainly produces the Al2O3 oxide film with good adhesion to the matrix, and the NiCr2O4 oxide film and the Fe2O3 oxide film are formed at the larger columnar space; Layer of Ni element and the matrix of Fe element interdiffusion occurred significantly, while the Cr element enriched in the interface, Al elements mainly in the surface and interface, and the reaction of oxygen to generate Al2O3.
