探讨高职院校儿科护理教学内容及方法改革效果。方法:选取我院2013级1班、2班共100名护生为观察组,3班、4班护生100名为对照组,分别给予不同教学计划与方法,比较两组的教学效果及评价。结果:观察组护生在期末总成绩、护士职业资格考试及就业指标上,均优于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:高职院校儿科护理学实施模块化教学,可提升教学效果与护生就业率,值得推广应用。
Probe into the Reform of Pediatric Nursing Teaching Contents and Methods in Higher Vocational Colleges. Methods: A total of 100 paramedics of Grade 1 and Grade 2 in 2013 were chosen as observation group, and 100 students in grade 3 and grade 4 as control group were given different teaching plans and methods respectively. The teaching effects and evaluation of two groups were compared . Results: The nursing students in the observation group were superior to the control group in the final total score, the occupational qualification examination and the employment index of nurses. The difference was significant (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: The implementation of modular teaching in pediatric nursing in higher vocational colleges can improve the teaching effectiveness and the employment rate of nursing students, which is worth popularizing and applying.
