地理课堂是实施双语教学的肥沃土壤,在推行素质教育的今天,学科间的联系是密切的,笔者尝试在地理课堂中实施双语教学取得了一定的效果,活跃了学生的思维,提高了教学效果。 一、以英语日常用语创设情境 上课时联系教材内容,如讲授“欧洲西部”一节时,由于欧洲西部是英语的发源地,一进入教室用英语说:“Good morning/afternoon,Class! Sit down,please.Nowopen your books and turn to page 32,pay attention topicture 12.2”.创设教学情景,吸引了学生,使其学习激情高涨。同样,教学“美国”时用“In this lesson,lel’s go into America”引入新课;教学“澳大利亚”一节时用“Shallwe finish this ioumey to Australlia?”来结束授课。
Geography classroom is a fertile ground for the implementation of bilingual education. Today, quality education is closely linked with the disciplines. The author tried to implement bilingual teaching in the geography classroom and achieved certain results, which stimulated the students’ thinking and improved the teaching effect. . First, use English everyday language to create situations. Contact class materials when teaching in class. For example, in the section entitled “West Europe”, because the western part of Europe is the birthplace of English, when you enter the classroom, you speak English: “Good morning/afternoon, Class! Sit down ,please.Nowopen your books and turn to page 32,pay attention topicture 12.2”. Create a teaching scenario that attracts students and increases their passion for learning. Similarly, when teaching “USA”, the new lesson was introduced using “In this lesson, lel’s go into America”; when teaching “Australia”, the lesson was ended with “Shallwe finish this ioumey to Australlia?”.
