本文以我国29个省级行政单位为研究对象,在使用数据包络分析(DEA)技术测度全要素能源利用效率的基础上,通过面板数据聚类分析进行地区能源利用效率的区域聚集特征分析。研究发现:近年来中国大部分地区的能源利用效率均得到明显提升,能源利用效率无论是从总量规模还是动态改进角度看,均体现出东部和中部地区优于西部地区、经济较发达地区优于经济欠发达地区的态势;经济发展水平和地理相近程度是影响中国各地区能源利用效率区域聚集特征的两个重要因素。
In this paper, 29 provincial administrative units in China are selected as the research object. Based on the data envelopment analysis (DEA) to measure the energy efficiency of total factor energy, regional energy efficiency efficiency of regional aggregation is analyzed by panel data clustering analysis. The results show that the energy efficiency of most parts of China has been significantly improved in recent years. The efficiency of energy use shows that the eastern and central regions are superior to the western regions and the economically developed regions, both in terms of the total amount and the dynamic improvement. In the economically underdeveloped regions, the level of economic development and geographical proximity are two important factors that affect the regional aggregation of energy efficiency in different regions of China.
