幼儿园教师队伍素质的提升是幼儿教育健康发展的关键因素之一。贫困地区幼儿园教师的专业成长,在特定的环境中受多种因素影响与制约。研究者通过问卷、访谈与观察等方式,对广西L县8所幼儿园的近百位幼儿园教师进行了调查,从个体环境、组织环境和社会环境三个层面,揭示了该县幼儿园教师专业成长环境存在的主要问题及其产生的原因。在此基础上,研究者提出若干促进贫困地区幼儿园教师专业发展的应对策略。
Kindergarten teacher quality improvement is one of the key factors for the healthy development of early childhood education. Kindergarten teachers in poor areas of professional growth, in a particular environment by a variety of factors and constraints. Through questionnaires, interviews and observations, the researchers investigated nearly one hundred kindergarten teachers in eight kindergartens in L County, Guangxi. The author revealed the professional growth environment of kindergarten teachers in three levels: individual environment, organizational environment and social environment The main problems and their causes. On this basis, the researchers put forward a number of strategies to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers in poor areas.
