大型政府工程项目投资大、建设周期长、利益相关者众多,为提高工程项目各利益相关者协同效率,需找出利益相关者协同关键影响因素。通过梳理相关文献,筛选出13种协同影响因素,并进行分类。应用网络层次分析法(ANP)对各影响因素进行对比分析,计算各影响因素综合权重并排序,从而确定关键影响因素。研究表明,合作经验、企业资质是影响协同关系的关键因素。研究结果有助于改善大型政府工程项目利益相关者协同关系,提高各利益相关者协同效率。
Large-scale government projects have large investment, long construction period and many stakeholders. In order to improve the synergetic efficiency of various stakeholders in the project, it is necessary to find out the key influence factors of the synergy of stakeholders. By combing the relevant literature, 13 synergistic influencing factors were screened and classified. Applying Network Analytic Hierarchy Process (ANP) to compare and analyze the influencing factors, calculating the comprehensive weight of each influencing factor and sorting, and then determining the key influencing factors. The research shows that cooperation experience and enterprise qualification are the key factors affecting the synergy relationship. The results of the study will help to improve the synergies between the stakeholders of large-scale government projects and improve the synergetic efficiency among various stakeholders.
