新课程实施过程中,开展的课堂教学评价应是动态的、积极的和面向未来的评价。笔者认为,激励性评价正是体现《新课标》理念的一种多样化评价方式。教师应创新教学方法,努力创设一种积极的激励性评价机制,来搭建学生自信的桥梁。那么如何真正做到因人而异,因时而异,在评价中运用鼓励与称赞的艺术进行有效的评价呢?下面就结合英语教材,谈谈激励性评价在英语课堂中的具体应用。
In the process of implementing the new curriculum, the evaluation of classroom teaching should be dynamic, positive and future-oriented. The author believes that the incentive evaluation is to reflect the “New Curriculum” concept of a variety of evaluation methods. Teachers should innovate teaching methods and strive to create a positive incentive evaluation mechanism to build a bridge of student self-confidence. So how to truly vary from person to person, from time to time, in the evaluation of the use of encouragement and praise of the art of effective evaluation?
