目的总结分析仁化县人民医院麻醉性镇痛药品的临床使用情况及用药趋势。方法以DDD值和DDDS值为指标,对药库微机管理系统提供的2003～2005年麻醉性镇痛药品的应用数据进行统计和分析。结果广东省仁化县人民医院麻醉性镇痛药品的用药金额逐年增加,其中吗啡制剂增幅较大,美施康定片DDDS在3年里均居首位,哌替啶注射液用量仍较大。结论癌痛治疗存在不合理用药现象,麻醉性镇痛药合理应用须进一步提高。
Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical use and drug tendency of narcotic analgesic drugs in Renhua County People’s Hospital. Methods Using DDD value and DDDS value as indexes, the application data of narcotic analgesic drugs from 2003 to 2005 provided by the computerized pharmacy management system were analyzed and statistically analyzed. Results The amount of narcotic analgesics in Renhua County People’s Hospital of Guangdong Province increased year by year with the increase of morphine preparations. DDDS of Meishenkang tablets ranked the first place in 3 years and the dosage of pethidine was still large. Conclusion There is irrational drug use in the treatment of cancer pain. The rational application of narcotic analgesics should be further improved.
