采用原子力显微镜的敲击模式来研究聚甲基乙烯基醚/苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(PVME/SAN)共混物膜的表面,发现在相容的共混物中,存在着精细结构,其颗粒的大小分布与共聚物SAN中的丙烯腈体积分数呈规律性的变化。但在同样条件下得到的PVME/SAN95(丙烯腈体积分数为95%)共混物试样用差示扫描量热法进行检测发现,共混物中只有1个热转变区。
The surface morphology of the films of PVME / SAN blends was studied by using the impact mode of atomic force microscopy. It was found that there was a fine structure in the compatibilized blends, The size distribution of the particles changes regularly with the volume fraction of acrylonitrile in the copolymer SAN. However, the samples of PVME / SAN95 (95% by volume of acrylonitrile) obtained under the same conditions were examined by differential scanning calorimetry and found that there was only one thermal transition zone in the blend.
