目的了解泉州市县(区)级疾病预防控制机构职业卫生人力资源现状,更好地开展职业卫生工作。方法对其所属11个县(区)疾控机构进行调查。结果泉州市县(区)级疾控机构职业卫生技术人员总量相对不足,硕士以上学历人员匮乏;高级职称人员偏少,无毒理、卫生工程、卫生管理及职业病诊断专业人员,部分人员专业不对口。结论应加强职业卫生技术服务队伍建设,优化人员职称结构,重视人才培养,完善专业构成,探讨新的职业卫生技术服务模式,充实职业卫生人才队伍。
Objective To understand the current status of occupational health and human resources in county (district) level CDC in Quanzhou and better carry out occupational health work. Methods The 11 county (district) CDC affiliated institutions were investigated. Results The total number of occupational health technicians in Quanzhou CDC institutions was relatively insufficient, and there was a lack of master’s degree or above personnel. There were a few senior professional titles, no toxicology, health engineering, health management and occupational disease diagnosis professionals, some of them were professionals Not right. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the construction of technical service teams for occupational health, optimize the structure of professional titles, attach importance to personnel training, improve the professional composition, explore new technical service modes for occupational health and enrich the contingent of occupational health professionals.
