目的：探讨运用“五常法”加强对手术间规范管理效果。方法运用“五常法”对手术室环境、工作流程进行管理，并定期进行检查评估。结果医护人员的工作环境得到改善，护理质量和物品完好率得到提高，从而提高了工作效率，提升了医院形象。结论“五常法”是手术室科学管理的有效方法，增强了手术室护士工作的责任心和计划性，实施易、见效快，值得推广。“,”Objective To explore the strengthening of operation between the standardized management ef ect in applying“5S”.
