在我的家乡江汉平原,农民们常把鲊金椒·南风菜·焌豌豆称作饭桌上的“三兄弟”。这个比喻,一是反映了这三样菜经常是同时上桌,形影不离,如同手足;二是反映了过去农民生活苦,吃不起鱼肉,一年上头辈这三样小菜下饭,形成了一种地方食俗;三是反映了我国劳动人民笑对生活的精神风貌,寓辛酸于幽默之中。记得1957年反右时,一位小学教师在会上发言,说现在农民一年上头还是靠“三兄弟”下饭。被扣上“丑化社会主义”的大帽子而打成左派。这是旧话,现在看来,“三兄弟”确实是我国劳动人民在长期的生活实践中创造出来的。经济实惠,美味可口的三样农家风味菜,值得一书。
In my hometown of Jianghan Plain, peasants often called the “Three Brothers” on the dinner table. This metaphor, first, reflects the fact that these three kinds of dishes are often served at the same time and are inseparably linked to each other like hands and feet. Second, it reflects the peasants’ hardship in life and their inability to eat fish. Local food customs; third, reflects the spirit of our working people’s laughter of life, and the mixture of bitterness in humor. I remember when the Anti-Rightist Army of 1957, a primary school teacher spoke at the meeting, saying that the peasants are still relying on the “three brothers” for the first time in a year. Was labeled “Leftist” by wearing a “hatred of socialism.” This is the old saying that it now appears that the “Three Brothers” were indeed created by our working people in the long-term practice of life. Affordable, delicious three kinds of farm style dishes, it is worth a book.
