本文认为板料胀形成形时的拉伸失稳,是由分散性失稳和集中性失稳共同作用的结果,由此对失稳条件进行了修正。又在板料的简单拉伸试验中发现“失稳平台”,将应变刚指数 n=εj(简单拉伸试验中颈缩开始时的应变值)的概念加以扩大,作出理论失稳曲线、粗糙极限和破裂极限。并通过试验验证这些曲线更为接近实际。
In this paper, it is considered that the tensile instability of sheet metal during bulging forming is caused by the combined effect of dispersive instability and concentrated instability, and thus the instability condition is corrected.
