高精度地进行内燃机气缸内的动态压力测定,是内燃机开发,特别是燃烧和气体交换过程优化以及机械摩擦分析所必需的。近年来测试技术的开发主要集中在以下三个方面:(1)改进压力计存热冲击条件下的灵敏度、耐久性和分辨率;(2)现代高速内燃机数据采集系统的开发;(3)测试工程技术技巧的应用。本文将从技术和工程学理论开发的角度,通过测试结果来介绍本开发工作取得的效果。
