针对客车空调器在最大运行工况下排气温度过高、系统性能下降、压缩机因过热保护频繁停机等突出问题,提出采用带经济器的低压补气技术,并对系统循环过程进行理论分析与实验研究。结果表明:采用带经济器的低压补气技术可显著降低压缩机排气温度,使系统安全可靠运行,且在较高压缩机转速情况下,其优势更加明显。同时,通过补气比例的合理控制,系统制冷量和COP均有一定幅度地提高。如在室外温度50℃、压缩机转速3000r/min时,压缩机排气温度降低了21.7%,系统制冷量和COP分别提高了3.1%和9.4%。
