社会经济形态的多元化发展,给房地产市场带来不同程度的影响。住宅制度的改革、思想观念的转变、经济结构的变化等等,为房地产开发运用提供了有利条件,也滋生了相应的不利因素。因此,对于开发中的房地产,要从多方面进行综合分析,从利弊两端进行有效的分析,将有很大的作用。本文主要是分析开发中的房地产特征,以及开发中房地产的利弊,并概述房地产开发的整体功能,探讨城市房地产开发应该遵循的规律与原则,全面加强对房地产开发的综合模式运行。
The diversified development of social and economic forms has brought varying degrees of impact on the real estate market. The reform of housing system, the change of ideology and concept, the change of economic structure and so on, which provide favorable conditions for the development and application of real estate and breed corresponding unfavorable factors. Therefore, for the development of real estate, from a comprehensive analysis of many aspects, from both ends of the pros and cons of effective analysis, will have a significant role. This article mainly analyzes the characteristics of real estate under development and the advantages and disadvantages of real estate development. It also summarizes the overall function of real estate development, discusses the rules and principles that urban real estate development should follow and comprehensively strengthens the comprehensive mode operation of real estate development.
