通过改进的结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)的方法建立心肌梗死模型,并从心电图、心功能、组织形态学等方面对其进行观察。将成年雄性近交系Wistar大鼠30只随机分为假手术组(n=5)和模型组(n=25),模型组用改进的结扎LAD的方法建立心肌梗死模型,分别从心电图、心功能、组织形态学等方面对2组动物进行比较。结果发现采用改进的结扎左前降支的方法,操作简单,死亡率低,能建立稳定的大鼠心肌梗死模型,可用于心肌梗死发生机制及治疗等方面的研究。
The model of myocardial infarction was established by improving the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) in rats. The myocardial infarction model was also observed, and its electrocardiogram, cardiac function and histomorphology were observed. Thirty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group (n = 5) and model group (n = 25). The model group was established with an improved ligation of LAD to establish a model of myocardial infarction. Function, histomorphology and other aspects of the two groups of animals for comparison. The results showed that the improved method of ligation of the left anterior descending artery, simple operation, low mortality, can establish a stable model of myocardial infarction in rats, myocardial infarction can be used for the mechanism and treatment studies.
