当前,医患关系紧张、纠纷多发,早已是不争的事实。近年来,江西一直致力于加大医疗纠纷预防和处理工作力度,在建立医疗纠纷第三方调处机制、创建“平安医院”等方面进行了积极探索和创新,取得的经验还多次被中央综治办、国家卫生计生委等部委在全国宣传、推广。但即便如此,我省医疗纠纷多发上升的态势也并未得到有效遏制。2012年,全省有1.9亿人次接受诊疗服务,当年发生医疗纠纷4798件,其中扰乱医疗秩序的案件1285起。
At present, the tension between doctors and patients and the frequent occurrence of disputes have long been an indisputable fact. In recent years, Jiangxi has been devoting itself to intensifying the prevention and treatment of medical disputes. It has actively explored and innovated in the establishment of a third-party mediation mechanism for medical disputes and the establishment of “Ping An Hospital.” The experience gained has been repeatedly rewarded by the central government Comprehensive Management Office, the National Health and Family Planning Commission and other ministries in the country publicity, promotion. But even so, the situation of multiple medical disputes in our province has not been effectively checked. In 2012, there were 190 million person-times of medical services in the province, and 4,798 medical disputes occurred in that year, of which 1,285 were cases of disturbing the medical order.
