选用常优64(水稻杂交种)和掖单51(玉米杂交种)为材料,用质量浓度分别为10mg/L的海藻糖(处理Ⅰ)、3g/L的CaCl2(处理Ⅱ)、20mg/L的海藻糖+6g/L的CaCl2等体积混合(处理Ⅲ)和等体积的蒸馏水(CK)在10℃的条件下,浸种24h,鼓风干燥后在40℃下人工老化3d,各项生理生化指标的测定结果显示,用CaCl2加海藻糖处理能有效地保持种子活力,提高保护膜的稳定性,延缓种子老化,使种子发芽指数、活力指数、呼吸速率等相对保持较高水平,同时,过氧化物和过氧化氢酶活性亦维持较高水平,种子内可溶性蛋白质外渗减少,电导率测定值保持相对低的水平。不同处理间比较,对延缓杂交种子老化的作用效应大小顺序依次为CaCl2+海藻糖>CaCl2>海藻糖
