呼吸能够让舞蹈更具活力,人们经常通过运用呼吸来将不同舞蹈动作进行完美连接,并与音乐相互融合,将舞蹈动作不断延伸。人们通过对呼吸跟外形态两方面的运用,能够使做出的舞蹈动作更加生动。在我国,大部分舞蹈演员都觉得只有朝鲜族舞蹈需要注重呼吸运用,而其它相应的舞蹈在呼吸方面的要求并不高,在做这些舞蹈对应的动作之时也不用根据节奏来进行气息循环。人们认为的这种舞蹈表演方式只能将外形动作中基础外形表现出来,但无法将每一个动作内在表现展示出来。所以,将舞蹈中对应的气息运用加以掌握,能够更好地使自己感受到舞蹈内在与外在方面的关系,从而体会到身体每一部位在空间中的表现感,只有这样才能舞蹈所要表达的情感真正展示给人们。
Breathing can make dancing more energetic, and people often use breaths to seamlessly connect different dance moves and blend in with the music to extend the dance routine. Through the use of both breathing and external forms, people can make dance movements more vivid. Most of our dancers in our country think that only the Korean dance needs to pay attention to the use of respiration while the other corresponding dances do not require much breathing and do not have to follow the rhythm to do the breath-taking cycle. People think this kind of dance performance can only show the outline of the basic appearance of the movement, but can not show the inherent performance of each action. Therefore, using the corresponding aura of the dance to master it can better enable you to feel the relationship between the inner and the outer aspects of the dance, so as to realize the sense of expression in space of each part of the body. Only in this way can the dance express Emotions really show to people.
