目的:探讨了食用菌中镉的检测方法,并采用该方法测定32个食用菌样品中的Cd含量。方法:应用基体改进剂,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食用菌中的镉。结果:①食用菌中Cd含量测定的适宜条件为:磷酸二氢铵作为基体改进剂,灰化温度350℃,原子化温度1300℃;②镉的检出限为0.070 ng/ml,回收率为98.0%~100.2%;③32个食用菌干品样品中44%的食用菌镉含量大于0.2 mg/kg。结论:本法准确灵敏,回收率好,能满足实际检测要求。
Objective: To explore the detection method of cadmium in edible fungi, and to determine the content of Cd in 32 edible mushroom samples by this method. Methods: The matrix modifier was used to determine cadmium in edible fungi by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: ① The optimal conditions for the determination of Cd in edible fungi were: ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as matrix modifier, ashing temperature 350 ℃, atomization temperature 1300 ℃; ② the detection limit of cadmium was 0.070 ng / ml, the recovery rate was 98.0% ~ 100.2%; ③44% of the edible fungi in 32 dried edible samples were more than 0.2 mg / kg cadmium. Conclusion: This method is accurate and sensitive, good recovery, to meet the actual testing requirements.
