1 问题的提出 GB 3323—87标准12.2.6规定:“当评定区附近缺陷较少,且认为只用该评定区大小划分级别不适当时,经供需双方协商,可将评定区沿焊缝方向扩大3倍,求出缺陷总点数,用此值的三分之一进行评定。” 但笔者发现扩大评定区的实际运用在部分射线检测中存在如下问题:(1)对扩大评定区的概念认识不清楚。(2)对运用扩大评定区进行评定的条件掌握不准。为提高评定等级,不论出现什么情况。一经发现缺陷超过规定点数,就随意扩大评定区。(3)扩大评定区时,不是朝缺陷严重方向扩大,而是朝缺陷少或无缺陷的方向扩大。
